Sometimes he’s strong
sometimes he’s weak.
He warms your hands
and helps you think.
He can be a little dark
and he can be quite light
Sometimes though
he keeps you up at night.
Sometimes he feels hot to the touch
and others he can be cold as ice
No matter his mood though
He’s always nice
And is the best kind of friend
to ask for advice.
You can change him at will
or let him be.
He’s everyones friend,
including me.
He can be real bitter
and he can be very sweet.
He’s friend to all he meets.
he’s not a person, though,
what he is is a perfect
